United Fulfillment Solutions, Inc., Located in South County is a full-service product fulfillment company seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented individual for the position of Human Resource Recruiter.

The candidate must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a high-tech Human Resource department in an expeditious, calm, organized and decisive manner. The individual should also be an independent worker able to problem solve quickly with a limited amount of supervision.
This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and Operations.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the ongoing recruiting process as it relates to candidate flow supporting the recruiting pipeline and to provide operational/administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and Operations.

Primary Duties:
• As directed by the recruiting team, schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Process background checks and drug screen for new hire candidates and report results quickly, keeping HR leadership informed.
• Update spreadsheets to include job posting accounts, employee headcount, and turnover
• Provide registration and administrative support for ongoing events
• Generate offer letters as requested by Human Resources
• Schedule meetings and reserve rooms as necessary

• Ability to collaborate with multiple groups and deliver a high level of customer service on a consistent basis.
• Strong communication skills

• Complete understanding of administrative job aspects
• Ability to handle confidential material in a discreet manner
• Strong initiative, collaboration and flexibility

Education and/or Experience
• A college degree or current student or a combination of experience and/or school
• A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, keep shareholders informed of progress on requests and handle confidential information appropriately in a fast-paced environment required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
