Operations Manager

United Fulfillment Solutions, Inc., Located in South County is a full-service product fulfillment company seeking a highly motivated career-oriented individual, for the position of Operation Manager, to join the expansion of our team!! The candidate must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a high-tech Operations department in an expeditious, calm, organized and decisive manner. The individual should also be an independent worker, able to problem solve quickly with a limited amount of supervision.
This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and Operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Manage warehouse productivity and activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and KPIs.
Manage a staff of warehouse 120+ employees to include safe practices, inventory accuracy, proficient work habits, overtime management, training, and reward/counsel employees.
Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
Manage warehouse inventory accuracy.
Receive inventory in an efficient and timely manner within the guidelines set.
Maintain paperwork in a manner that will comply with policies and procedures.
Maintain ISO 9001: 2015 compliance
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Perform other projects and/or tasks as assigned and/or needed.
A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles, which allows the Operations Manager to champion company earning’s and spending to find areas for improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications
BA/BS preferred; high school diploma required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a staff within a fast paced, high volume environment.
Must have Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
Project Management skills, including ability to train others is required.
Knowledge of computers and ability to access network applications.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage and direct a staff.
Must understand how to motivate and provide supportive leadership (this would include practicing a “coaching” style of management that utilizes collaborative and team directed approaches to managing employees).
Valid Driver’s License Required.

· Current BA/BS
· Combination of exp and/or school
